Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Administer and titrate medication drips such as Oxytocin and Magnesium Sulfate.
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being using EFM System OB Trace Vue.
• Support neonatal care with equipment such as CPAP and BiPAP.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain safe patient ratios.
• Float to help with additional needs in MSP/ED as required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
• Experience with MEDITECH charting system.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a rural hospital setting with limited resources.
