Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting. Enjoy an engaging work environment where you’ll make a real impact on the communication growth and academic progress of students in grades 2–3, with opportunities to serve a broader age range as needed.

This role begins August 3rd, 2026, and continues through May 24th, 2027. With a manageable caseload of 30–50 students across 2–3 sites, the weekly commitment is flexible—18 to 21 hours distributed over 3 to 5 days per week—providing an excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Current Indiana licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in school settings.
  • Experience delivering speech-language services in schools or with pediatric populations.
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, IDEA, and education-related speech therapy best practices.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to serve as Teacher of Record/Service for students on the caseload.
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and adapting to varied student needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Evaluate and reevaluate students to determine eligibility and needs for services.
  • Act as the Teacher of Record/Service (TOR/TOS) for assigned students, ensuring compliance and quality documentation.
  • Participate in and facilitate IEP meetings as necessary, working collaboratively with families and educational teams.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive learning atmosphere and advocate for student success.

This school-based opportunity is ideal for SLPs seeking variety, flexibility, and the chance to truly make a difference. If you’re ready to empower students and advance your expertise in a collaborative educational setting, we encourage you to apply and make this upcoming academic year one of meaningful impact!
