Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Sheridan, WY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.47 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur06:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established hospital protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, wayfinding, and compliance with site entry procedures. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
