Unique school-based outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving students, families, and the surrounding community Practice medicine in a mission-driven setting focused on accessibility, prevention, and long-term patient relationships Located directly on middle school grounds with strong community engagement and support Join a collaborative outpatient care model designed to prioritize quality care and physician balance

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL

Monday through Friday outpatient schedule No nights No weekends No call responsibilities Approximately 20–24 patients daily Outpatient-only primary care setting

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute visits Support a culturally diverse patient population within a community-centered model Coordinate referrals, treatment plans, patient education, and follow-up care Maintain high-quality documentation and continuity of care standards

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS
