As a Group Reservation Coordinator, you're not just supporting the hotel's group booking process you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Process group reservations: Coordinate group booking details, including rooming lists, suites, event resumes, and billing requirements.
• Ensure seamless communication: Act as a liaison to verify and relay reservation information between internal and external stakeholders, including meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office
• Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
• Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
• Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
