Job Overview:

Processing the contract setup into Great Plains for billing & accounting purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Process the contract setup process into Great Plains for multiple regions.
• Maintain relationship with Presidents / VPs / RDs, ensure team is providing assistance in the contract setup and any ambiguities within the contracts.
• Work directly with the AR Billing team; ensure they understand the contract setup and how it relates to their billing.
• Participate as necessary in developing the draft documents of contracts to ensure they meet the limitations of the billing system.
• Participate as necessary in development of system integrations between ADP, Great Plains, Avid and Connect.
• Ensure that contract is in compliance with billing requirements
• Maintain mapping between ADP, Great Plains and GL.
• Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies related to the billing portion of the contracts.
• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation within our SLA deadlines.
• Loading and validating of various files into GP for billing and reporting purposes.
• Handle on-going issue and change management.
• Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
• Work on the Implementation of other companies to our Great Plains system.
• Generate reports for ad-hoc requests, aging reports, metrics, month end reporting through smartlist, SSRS.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or accounting preferred but not required
• Experience in contract setup for billing purposes.
• Experience in system integrations is preferred
• Intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas such as vlookups and pivot tables
• Proven leadership / presentation skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve, be resourceful in performing research and work independently

• Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Must be self-driven.
• Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment and decision making ability
