Direct message the job poster from HEICO ROLE: The Financial Systems Analyst will have the opportunity to grow and contribute to an ongoing financial consolidations project, including learning industry-standard planning and forecasting tools. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Excel and Database management, along with an understanding of financial statements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. Manage and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Analyze financial statements and systems, providing insights into financial performance and recommending system enhancements. Apply critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions within the financial systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information. Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and performance within financial systems and processes. Requirements EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree required with preference to computer science, information systems or accounting from an accredited college or university required and/or an equivalent combination of education, technical certificates, and experience preferred. EXPERIENCE A maximum of 5 years of experience post-college. Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo are preferred but not required. Experience working with relational databases. Familiarity with ChatGPT and advanced prompting to create documents or GitHub copilot to create code are preferred but not required. Passion for data and interest in AI. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE OR ABILITIES Must be proficient in Excel and have database skills. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal instructions and guidance.
