Job Title: Epic Certified Professional Billing Analyst (Epic PB Application Analyst)Location: Miramar, FL (South Florida)Onsite Requirements: Fully onsite, 5 days/weekCompensation Range: Target $95K - $110k base (flexible based on experience)Benefits: Benefits package offered (details shared during screening)IntroductionA large healthcare organization seeks an experienced Certified Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support and enhance their Epic PB environment for a permanent position onsite in southeast Florida. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Epic Professional Billing to include Resolute PB Administration or PB Claims and Remittance. This individual must also have hands-on build expertise for complex build, troubleshooting production issues, and the ability to partner closely with operational stakeholders to improve billing workflows and outcomes.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary analyst for assigned Epic Professional Billing application areasAnalyze end-user needs and translate requests into system design, configuration, and measurable outcomesEvaluate existing workflows and propose improvements to usability, efficiency, and controlsTroubleshoot issues across build, interfaces/feeds as applicable, and downstream impacts to billing processesTest new and existing functionality to confirm expected results, data integrity, and alignment with internal proceduresCollaborate with technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to maintain stable operationsCreate or refine procedures and standards to improve consistency and operational performanceLead or coordinate application-focused initiatives, enhancements, or module-level projects as the subject matter expertRequired Skills & QualificationsEpic certification in Resolute PB Administration OR PB Claims/Remittance (one required; both strongly preferred)5-7+ years of senior-level Epic Professional Billing experience (certified)Hands-on build and support experience across core PB areas such as:Claims and remittance configuration and troubleshootingRules, work queues, edits, and charge review/charge routingPayor and plan record setup and maintenanceGL-related billing configurations and related reconciliation impactsCredit card processing workflows (as applicable)Medicaid and Medicare billing considerationsReimbursement contracts, denials workflows, and cash management conceptsCommunity Connect exposure (nice to have / as applicable)Ability to independently handle complex tickets, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder communication in a production environmentComfort working fully onsite in a fast-paced operations settingPreferred Skills & QualificationsAlready holding multiple Epic PB certifications (Resolute PB Admin plus Claims/Remittance)Demonstrated experience acting as a project/module lead for application upgrades, rollouts, or optimization initiativesStrong documentation, testing discipline, and process improvement mindset.BenefitsBase Compensation depending on candidate experience 401K Retirement Plan & 403 Contribution PlanMedical, Dental & Vision BenefitsStandard Life and Long-Term Disability InsuranceParental Leave PayPTO - Rate Accrued based on tenure and time with organization Education Assistance#LI-KA2#TECHOnsite: #LI-Onsite
