Occupational Therapist The Occupational Therapist will have a passion for working with children and families in a supportive, collaborative, and fun environment, and to enhance the lives of those we serve and the families who love them through improving the clients’ functional level. Responsibilities Complete therapy in a fun, creative way that adheres to guidelines of best practice. Follow thorough and timely session documentation according to Emerge guidelines. Submit accurate billing charges for daily sessions in a timely manner. Uphold the reputation of the company by carrying out highly beneficial treatment sessions. Educate clients/families on the plan of care to ensure carryover and consistency. Meet achievable career goals in a timely manner. Complete discharge summaries at the conclusion of care. Seek parent recommendation(s) and/or review(s). Promote the company genuinely in the community. Education & Certifications Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. NC therapy licensure in good standing. Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Uphold the company’s reputation by conducting highly beneficial and neurodiversity-affirming treatment sessions.
