I opened my agency in 2020 after spending three and a half years as a State Farm team member. Before joining State Farm, I worked for a software company as a corporate trainer, which helped shape my passion for learning, development, and helping others succeed. Agency ownership appealed to me because it combines a higher purpose of helping people with the opportunity to set goals, measure progress, and continually improve. Giving back is important to us. We periodically partner with a local nonprofit that helps families in our community access basic necessities and support during times of need. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager for John Jensen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
