Clerk - Adult Mental Health - 2082

Tropical Texas Behavioral Health

Description

Will perform complex administrative clerical work, requiring the use of general clerical skills gained through experience or formal training; answering phones, faxing, copying, utilize Anasazi Systems/Microsoft Windows/Excel/Access. Will provide administrative support to MH supervisors and will work under the immediate supervision of the MH Service Area Manager.

Requirements

Graduation with a High School diploma or G.E.D., plus one (1) year of experience in the clerical field. Proficient in the ability to create/analyze complex spread sheets, flow charts, and publisher. Proficient in the use of basic office equipment/functions such as copy machine, fax machine, answering phones, including multi-line switchboard, typing and filing. Ability to reconcile department expenditures. Able to deal with the public/co-workers in a pleasant and effective manner. Certificate in Medical Office Specialist or Business Office Specialist preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
