Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Avir at Corpus Christi in Corpus Christi, TX. As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients on weekends, ensuring exceptional care and compassionate hearts. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the care of patients on weekends, ensuring that all clinical and non-clinical needs are met

  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care

  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing care

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
