About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing Technology to lead a strategic transformation in the health insurance acquisition and enrollment sector. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving business impact through technological innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and business partnership, engineering transformation, team leadership, IT and software development oversight, AI and platform innovation, architectural and process excellence, operational resilience, and executive communication. The role requires a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience, a transformative track record, formal management expertise, IT infrastructure acumen, AI deployment experience, and a strong technical background in modern tech stacks. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Marketing Technology position at the company will have a background in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries, with a preference for those familiar with contact communications platforms. A strategic mindset, exceptional leadership qualities, and a clear understanding of technology as a driver of business growth, particularly in high-volume, sales-driven environments, are essential.
