Job Title: Care Pro Training Associate
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based; Weekend Availability Required)
Pay Range: $24 - $27/HR

Role Overview
Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for two Care Pro Training Associates for a rapidly growing organization in the healthcare and home care industry. This is a fully remote opportunity with a mission-driven company dedicated to improving the lives of older adults through innovative technology and compassionate care.

Due to continued growth and team expansion, our client is seeking engaging, professional, and adaptable training professionals to lead virtual onboarding sessions for new Care Professionals (Care Pros). This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy presenting, facilitating interactive learning experiences, and helping others succeed while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential for high-performing individuals.

Care Pro Training Associate Responsibilities

• Lead 10+ engaging virtual orientation and onboarding sessions each week for new Care Professionals using Zoom
• Facilitate interactive training covering company policies, procedures, safety practices, and caregiving standards
• Evaluate caregiver professionalism, communication skills, judgment, and overall readiness through discussions and scenario-based assessments
• Make hiring recommendations based on established quality and safety standards
• Conduct follow-up training, reassessments, and coaching sessions to support Care Pro development
• Maintain accurate attendance records, training documentation, and candidate tracking within internal systems
• Partner with Recruiting, Operations, Compliance, and Workforce teams to ensure candidates progress efficiently through onboarding
• Clearly communicate company expectations, policies, and performance standards
• Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in training, employee onboarding, teaching, coaching, or adult learning, including virtual facilitation
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage virtual audiences
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment with experience evaluating performance and maintaining accurate documentation
• Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
• Weekend availability required, including every Saturday (Sunday flexibility preferred)
• Healthcare, caregiving, or workforce development experience is a plus
