Job Responsibilities The Tech workforce Planner is critical for coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for all key personnel within the unit. This position develops protocol‑specific activity grids and assigns all required tasks based on staff availability and protocol timelines. These responsibilities ensure operational efficiency, protocol adherence, and smooth execution of clinical activities. With only one designated Tech Workforce Planner the increasing workload and growing number of active protocols have placed significant pressure on this function. The loss of the current resource creates immediate operational risk, including scheduling delays, workflow disruptions, and potential impact to protocol compliance. To maintain continuity of operations and ensure timely, accurate scheduling support, it is essential to fill this replacement position as soon as possible. Create study frame and activity grids for studies in order to determine operational needs according to the protocol. Plan and validate screening, on-study and return visits schedules for operational clinical employees according to the needs. Plan and validate screening, on-study and return visits schedules of physicians according to medical supervision needs. Perform follow-up, update and optimize clinical tasks. Schedule operational training in collaboration with the training team. Manage operational clinical employee rotation and availability. Participate in the assignment of clinical units. Determine, as needed, the necessary actions in order to streamline efficiency. Perform follow-up for employee absences on study (illness or other). Perform technical activities related to his field of expertise. May be assigned other clinical tasks. Responsible for performing activities that are in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Operating Guidelines and performing other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Two years of relevant work experience will be considered an asset (e sheduling, planning, labour standards). Must demonstrate excellent computer skills especially in the utilization of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade. Experience in customer service will be considered an asset. Experience in regulatory context will be considered an asset. Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $79,900.00 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
