Position Summary

The Lead Developer will provide technical leadership and hands-on development for the BECRT platform. Responsibilities include architecture implementation, API development, integrations, cloud-native application development, code reviews, DevOps collaboration, and mentoring development team members. The solution will support external user registration, reporting workflows, fee management, correspondence management, and regulatory data processing.


Required Qualifications

• 7+ years software development experience
• 5+ years developing enterprise .NET applications
• C#, .NET Core/.NET
• REST APIs
• SQL Server or enterprise database experience
• Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD tools
• Experience with cloud-hosted solutions
• Agile development experience

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS experience
• Government application development
• DevSecOps experience
• Enterprise integrations
• XML/CSV data processing
• Reporting and dashboard development
