Family Medicine Opportunity in Bourbon, Indiana

Saint Joseph Physician Network (SJPN) has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine to join a growing practice located in Bourbon, Indiana. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until all patients are seen. Call is 1:7 (phone call only). Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration. Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed. Treating pediatrics to geriatrics. Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner. Average patient census per day is 18-22. Opportunities for teaching exist with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents [clinical teaching and supervision]. Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services. May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply. EMR: Epic. Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates. Not accepting Locums candidates.

Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. Relocation assistance provided in accordance with policy. Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance. Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits. 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME. $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships. Certification Requirements: ACLS BLS Board Certified Board Eligible DEA State License Requirements: Indiana.
