Our client, a small and highly regarded residential structural engineering firm, is seeking a Structural Engineer with residential experience to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the art and problem‑solving of residential design and wants to work closely with an experienced, passionate lead engineer in a supportive small‑firm environment. This is a hybrid role with a flexible schedule. The selected candidate will be expected to travel to the client site periodically. Candidates local to Massachusetts and Rhode Island will be considered. About the Role This position centers around timber and engineered lumber design where you’ll work on a high volume of residential projects, which involve performing structural calculations, producing drawings, and conducting occasional site visits to interact with clients.
