Form Carpenter

Carpenter PositionLaRiviere Inc is seeking skilled carpenters to join our construction team. The carpenters are responsible for building, assembling, and installing wooden and metal forms used to support concrete placement in bridge and roadway projects. We are currently hiring for the Coeur d 'Alene, Idaho / Spokane Washington Region.Benefits:401KDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid Time OffVision insuranceLife InsuranceResponsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.Measure, cut, assemble, and install formwork for bridge decks, columns, abutments, and other structures.Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to complete tasks safely and accurately.Install temporary supports and bracing to maintain the stability of forms.Collaborate with concrete finishers and reinforcing steel installers to ensure proper alignment and fit.Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work area in compliance with company and site safety standards.Qualifications:Prior experience as a Carpenter in heavy civil or bridge construction preferred.Strong knowledge of construction math, measuring, and layout.Ability to operate hand tools and power tools with precision.Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials.Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanshipOpportunities:Carpenters play a critical role in the success of our infrastructure projects.
