Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers at our manufacturing facility. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for producing high-quality tire repair products across four distinct groups: Packaging, Pinning, Press, and Mill.
Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into boxes in a repetitive manner.
• Use a microscope to insert small pins into products, requiring precision and repetition.
• Press patch parts to create the final product.
• Assist with equipment operation in the rubber production process.

Essential Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with machine operation is a plus.
• Assembly skills, particularly under a microscope, are advantageous.

Work Environment
Join a clean and well-maintained manufacturing environment with approximately 150 employees across two shifts. Expect a rubber smell due to the nature of the product. This is a second shift position.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JOHNSTOWN, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
