WORK TYPE: Onsite LOCATION DETAILS: 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268 WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday; 6:00am - 2:30pm Mandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays. How You Will Make An Impact As a Production Associate, this role is responsible for the general operations and preparation of orders to be processed by Screen Print Operators. The Production Associate responds to work orders, set up, troubleshoots missing items and performs direct physical activity to complete preparation of work order in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications. What You Will Do Responsible for receiving the work orders, observing specifications and preparing and staging garments for Screen Print Operators. Accurately counts and documents proper sizes and colors of garments are all present before staging items for Screen Print Operators. Responsible for reporting all mechanical issues to their supervisor immediately. Ensures work area is cleaned during their shift and before shift ends, including sweeping, leaving workstation organized, and emptying trash. Qualifications Must have the ability to follow instruction and have an eye for precision Exhibits quick learning, be detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance Possesses the ability to differentiate and coordinate colors Education / Experience High School Diploma Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
