General Laborer / Production Associate

Infinity Staffing Solutions is hiring reliable and motivated General Laborers for opportunities in Eastern Indianapolis. If you enjoy hands-on work, like staying busy, and want an opportunity where your hard work is valued, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Assemble, package, and inspect products
Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery
Load and unload materials and supplies
Help keep production running smoothly and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow production schedules and quality standards
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
