We are seeking a motivated Producing Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development and sales engagement. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Producing Role: Attract, grow, and maintain new households through the sale of insurance products.
• Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
• Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
