Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing. Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive: Hourly pay Paid time off (vacation and sick days) Requirements People-oriented Organizational skills Detail-oriented Ability to work in a team Multi-tasking skills Provide activity reports to the agent Associate's degree or higher preferred If motivated and interested, please complete our application.
