What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Valid Massachusetts RN licensure and BLS certification (ARC or AHA)
• Minimum of 3 years of MedSurg and Telemetry experience, with knowledge of Meditech systems
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and ability to handle complex patient needs
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to float to similar units as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced hospital environment

Additional Skills That Will Make You Stand Out:

• Prior experience in travel nursing or working across multiple healthcare settings
• Ability to take on weekend and holiday shifts, including working July 4th
• Comfortable with Tele test assessments on orientation day

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts with at least 3 years of acute MedSurg/Telemetry experience in a hospital setting
• Prior experience with Meditech Electronic Medical Records system

Other Requirements:

• HWL Coversheet submission is required for all applications
• Working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday coverage
• Ability to begin employment by 06/22/2026
• Willingness to undergo Telemetry testing on orientation day
