Location: Salt Lake City International Airport, Salt Lake City, UT, 84122 Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Salt Lake City International Airport. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Adapt to changing menu items and special requests as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
