Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Hash Kitchen recipes Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items Safely utilize a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including, knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc. Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Hash Kitchen guidelines Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Adhere to Hash Kitchen safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation Perform other duties as assigned by management Who We Are At Hash Kitchen, breakfast classics are remixed and reimagined!
