CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Specialty: CNA Location: Wakefield, MI Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Shift: Nights Shift Notes: 40 Hour Guarantee Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our facility in Wakefield, MI, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our guests by providing compassionate and high-quality care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which encompass tasks such as showers, shaving, brushing teeth, hair care, and nail care. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely ambulating and transferring residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and following proper body mechanics. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized and compassionate care to residents, promoting their comfort and well-being. Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and nail care. Safely transfer and ambulate residents, using assistive devices and adhering to proper body mechanics. Monitor and record vital signs as required. Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident living areas. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and report any changes in residents' conditions. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Certified CNA. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, preferably from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the Red Cross. Submission Requirements: Resume detailing your CNA experience.
