Hairstylist at H Salon Job Description H Salon is looking for a talented, passionate hairstylist to join our modern, luxury boutique salon in Fairfield, CT. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of salon experience Existing clientele preferred but not required Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling Friendly, professional, and team oriented Motivated to grow your career in a positive, upscale environment Qualifications Valid Connecticut cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling tools Knowledge of hair care products Familiarity with salon software systems such as ROSY for scheduling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration If you are passionate about creating beautiful hair and delivering an exceptional guest experience, we'd love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr H Salon
