Fulfillment Associate - $17-$18/hr - Santa Ana, CA

• Location: Santa Ana, CA | Onsite
• Pay: $17-$18/hour (varies by shift)
• Shift/Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Duration: Ongoing (contract-to-hire, no fixed end date)

Responsibilities

• Sort and verify incoming items against order details and payment information
• Enter item and order data into tracking systems and print corresponding labels
• Prepare and reseal specialty merchandise according to established procedures
• Inspect processed items for quality and accuracy before shipment
• Package, label, and route completed orders to the correct shipping carrier

Qualifications

Required:

• No previous experience required - paid training provided
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling and verifying items

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable with computer-based data entry systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
