Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license
• Experience in medical-surgical (MS) nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• High degree of professionalism and adaptability
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Exceptional communication with patients, families, and team members

• Contract assignment (duration discussed upon interview)
• Flexible scheduling options available (day or night shifts may be offered)

• Deliver direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit according to established protocols
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Engage in care coordination and multidisciplinary rounds to optimize patient outcomes
• Assist with patient and family education to support informed decision-making
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
