As a General Manager at Captain D's, you'll be the head of daily operations — leading the team, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring profitability. You'll foster a welcoming environment, uphold food quality and cleanliness standards, and support team development. Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is required. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team operations and performance
- Maintain guest satisfaction and high service standards
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and food quality
- Manage costs and administrative tasks
- Hire, train, and coach team members
Schedule:
- 54+ hours/week, includes evenings/weekends
