The agent documents and bookmarks any incidents or injuries, making notes of the occurrence and circumstances around them. Shift Schedule Thurs.-Sat.: 6:30am-3:00pm Sun.-Mon.: 2:30pm-11:00pm Tues.-Wed.: OFF Primary Duties and Responsibilities Enter data into computer programs and use programs to gather data. Use digital video recorders and offload video and photos from DVRs. Write reports on activities seen and have good phone skills. Operate all equipment in the surveillance room. Document and bookmark any incidents or injuries, making notes of the occurrence and circumstances around them. Monitor, document and identify any and all suspicious activity. Skills and Abilities Good organizational, communication and inter-personal skills Demonstrate excellent communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills among all levels of staff and clientele Absence of felony or violent crime convictions, required Demonstrated problem solving ability Excellent observation skills and attention to detail Excellent recall of information Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Knowledge of general laws and ordinances Ability to work all shifts, required Ability to work under pressure dictated by event schedules and project timetables Work effectively with diverse groups of people at all organizational levels; skill to work as part of a team Perform leadership role and job tasks effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities Excellent record of dependability and reliability Education and Experience High school diploma or GED; some college coursework in business courses preferred Customer Service experience, preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience with computer related systems Demonstrated computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet programs Working Conditions Position may require certifications by law and/or job assignment. Position requires long periods of sitting, occasional walking, climbing stairs, standing on cement floors, turning, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling; may be subject to adverse working conditions, dust, grime, noise, fumes, wet floors, etc.; requires irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends, evening, and holidays, determined by event schedule and/or department need; requires radio usage of a two-way hand-held radio.
