The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, using.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.This role will collaborate closely with application architects, DevOps engineers, and database administrators to build integrated, cloud-ready systems that support core business functionality. The Full Stack Developer will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to deployment and support.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using the.NET framework and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js)Build and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integrations using.NET Core or ASP.NET MVCDevelop responsive web interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript following modern UX best practicesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure application reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive optimization and tuningParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, peer code reviews, and daily scrumsWork with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools to manage code, automate builds, and deploy applicationsDevelop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and design specificationsEnsure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data protection standardsStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in full-stack application development within enterprise environmentsStrong expertise in ASP.NET MVC,.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL ServerProficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.jsHands-on experience with RESTful API and WCF service developmentStrong understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and software design patternsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub ActionsExperience optimizing application performance and debugging complex issuesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Experience integrating with third-party APIs or enterprise data systemsDomain experience in healthcare or insurance is a plusCompensation: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsLocation: Philadelphia, PA
