This remote, full-time role requires strong communication, data entry, and multitasking skills, with opportunities to work with a global BPM (Business Process Management) leader serving Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. Key Details Job Title: Customer Service Representative Employer: Firstsource Healthcare (Firstsource Solutions) Location: Dallas, Texas, US (Remote) Salary: $14/hour Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift/Schedule: Standard shifts with overtime as required Requisition ID: 18626 Work Location: Remote (private, secured workspace required) Role Overview Customer Service Representatives will handle outbound calls, document customer transactions, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves safeguarding patient health information (PHI), supporting claims processing, and adhering to scheduled shifts for optimal coverage.
