NetSuite Developer

Salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for strong experience developing and configuring NetSuite, ideally across both Finance and CRM modules.
• We need hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations, including Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• We require proficiency with SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, custom fields, and other NetSuite customization tools.
• Experience supporting UAT cycles, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with external systems integrators is expected.
• Knowledge of financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, revenue, and financial reporting is an asset.
• We value excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to own deliverables through to completion.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and competing demands.
• The successful candidate must maintain a home office in British Columbia.
• Secondary School is required.
• English is required.

• We will need you to configure and customize NetSuite Finance and CRM modules to support business needs and go-live readiness.
• You will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, and other connected systems.
• You will review existing workflows and implement improvements to strengthen usability, efficiency, and data quality.
• You will support the final stages of User Acceptance Testing, including defect triage, resolution coordination, and validation.
• You will work closely with our external systems integrator team, including the configurator, project manager, and solutions architect, to move work forward and resolve outstanding issues.
• You will collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate system changes, and support operational readiness.
• You will create and maintain documentation such as configuration notes, technical specifications, Standard Operating Procedures, and transition materials.
• You will partner directly with the Director of IT as a key member of our internal IT team.
• You will provide hands-on technical support through cutover, stabilization, and post-go-live activities.

This is a full-time contract role of up to 12 months starting November 1, 2026, reporting to the Director of IT. The position is primarily remote with occasional office attendance required, and the successful candidate must be based in British Columbia.
