About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead sustainable revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities. The role oversees sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue operations, combining strategic direction with hands-on prospecting, customer engagement, negotiation, and deal closing. Responsibilities include setting growth targets, developing sales processes, managing pipelines and forecasts, and strengthening customer retention and account growth. The CGO will collaborate across business functions, establish performance measures, develop commercial talent, and guide initiatives that support scalable growth. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, commercial strategy, or revenue leadership, including five or more years in a senior commercial role. A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, management, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate success growing revenue, leading sales teams, closing complex B2B opportunities, and building strategic customer relationships. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills are essential, along with experience using customer relationship management systems and sales metrics to improve performance.
