Svetness connects qualified independent personal trainers with clients seeking in-person, personalized fitness services in their local communities.

This is a mobile, in-person training opportunity. Sessions may take place at:

✓ Client homes ✓ Apartment or community fitness centers ✓ Private offices or workplaces ✓ Local parks ✓ Other appropriate locations agreed upon for the client engagement

This is not a remote or work-from-home opportunity.

You do not need to live within the exact city where the opportunity is posted. Clients may be located throughout the surrounding area, and you decide which locations and client opportunities you want to accept.

Independent Contractor Opportunity - Not Employment

As an independent provider with Svetness, you can:

✅ Choose your client opportunities Review available client opportunities and decide which ones make sense for you based on location, schedule, service needs, offered fee, travel, and your own business preferences.
✅ Choose your service area You determine where you are willing to travel and whether a particular client location works for you.
✅ Control your availability You determine when you are available and coordinate accepted session times directly with your clients.
✅ Use your professional judgment You determine the exercises, programming, progressions, modifications, and coaching approach appropriate for each client.
✅ Maintain your independence You are free to maintain your own private clients, operate your own fitness business, work with gyms or studios, and provide services through other companies or platforms.
✅ Take as much or as little additional work as makes sense for you There is no required minimum number of clients, sessions, or hours.

For client engagements you choose to accept, you will:

???? Provide individualized personal training services.
???? Design training programs based on your professional judgment and the client's goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations.
???? Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
???? Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of your qualifications and credentials.
???? Maintain required certifications and credentials.
???? Provide or use professional exercise equipment you determine appropriate for the accepted engagement, except where equipment is available at the client's location or specific equipment arrangements are agreed upon for that engagement.
???? Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
???? Provide additional client-specific services only when those services are disclosed as part of the opportunity and accepted as part of the engagement.

You retain control over the manner and method you use to deliver your professional personal training services, including exercise selection, programming, progression, modifications, and coaching approach.

✓ Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service
✓ Current CPR/AED certification where applicable
✓ Professional fitness knowledge and experience
✓ Strong communication and client-service skills
✓ Ability to safely provide personal training services
✓ Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept
✓ Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements

Independent contractor service fees are generally $25 - 45 per completed session.

The applicable service fee for a client opportunity is communicated before you choose whether to accept the engagement. Certain opportunities may offer different or additional fees depending on the specific services involved.

There are no guaranteed clients, sessions, hours, or earnings.

Svetness helps facilitate client matching, scheduling, billing, session verification, and other administrative support through its team and technology.
You decide which client opportunities you want to accept based on the location, schedule, service needs, offered fee, and your own business preferences.
