Project Manager

Contovo is building a shortlist of experienced Commercial Project Managers for confidential opportunities with established Houston, TX general contractors, including firms active across education, retail, restaurant, medical, and office construction. We work exclusively with GCs, developers, and owners' representatives across the Texas Property & Construction market. What You’ll Be Doing Leading commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budget, schedule, and subcontractor coordination. Acting as primary client-facing contact, ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout. Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinating with superintendents, estimators, and design teams to keep projects on track. Supporting ground-up projects across education, retail, restaurant, medical, and office work. What We’re Looking For 5+ years as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects (education, retail, restaurant, medical, and/or office). General contracting background preferred. Strong client-facing communication skills and a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery. Based in, or willing to relocate to Houston, TX. #J-18808-Ljbffr Contovo
