Position Overview As a Security Officer Corporate Bank Rover in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution, monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support access awareness throughout the property. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access support activities, and appropriate emergency response actions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other designated areas while assisting with visitor processing, employee access verification, and other assigned post duties. Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating clearly with site contacts and first responders, and following client‑directed procedures during routine and critical situations. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
