Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech Pathology as well as meeting all clinical affiliation requirements and passing national exam. Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year rehab, acute or long term setting. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
