Speech Language Pathologist

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to help young learners reach their fullest potential. Qualifications and Preferred Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP - CCC certification required Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Responsibilities: Provide on-site speech and language therapy services for early learning and developmental preschool students Conduct comprehensive evaluations, participate in Child Find screenings, and support IEP meetings before or after the student day as needed Maintain flexible support, including itinerant services and potential Transition to Kindergarten support, depending on caseload Coordinate with team members to develop, review, and implement IEPs Document services, maintain progress notes, and communicate with families regarding student development Schedule: Full-time: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week Staff hours: 8:45 am - 4:15 pm, while the student day runs 9:10 am - 4:00 pm Developmental Preschool: No students on Wednesdays; planning and support work occurs Meetings and evaluations may take place before or after student hours Make a positive impact as a valued professional fostering students' communication growth.
