Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule:
10-13 hour shifts (AM & PM), any day Monday - Saturday

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state board or Multi-State Compact Nurse license
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Previous Dialysis experience required
- Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care
- Provide education to patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians
- Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications
- Participate in quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with the patient care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
