Job Description


The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business data, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting strategic initiatives through actionable insights. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate trends, develop recommendations, and assist leadership with data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and market information to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Develop analytical models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and business development to gather requirements and provide insights.
• Maintain reporting tools, databases, and key performance metrics.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership review.
• Evaluate business performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Support additional analytics projects and reporting needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and modeling.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to transform data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
