Role Overview

Sales Lead Generator (2025-1077)

• We are hiring individuals to represent our company inside local retail Costco warehouse. This position will be generating sales leads and setting appointments with retail customers to conduct store sponsored maintenance, repairs, and replacement options. Our Lead Generators are the first point of contact for prospects, playing a vital role in building our sales pipeline and supporting company growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting appointments and generating interest in our services offered. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a drive to success in a fast-paced environment while networking. This is hourly + commissions.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (construction/skilled trades industry a plus). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Outgoing, self-motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism with all prospects. - Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Team player who can collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with in-store customers to generate high-quality HVAC sales leads

• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams

• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals

• Ensure strong store coverage and maximize business opportunities

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence in stores

• Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals. - Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner when speaking with prospects.

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
