This local company is looking for a versatile individual to join their team in Elk Grove Village. This person will act as a key link between the office and the warehouse, ensuring orders move smoothly and inventory stays accurate. What the Day Looks Like

• Taking and placing customer orders while ensuring all documentation is timely and correct
• Managing and updating warehouse inventory records
• Providing a helping hand in the warehouse with picking, packing, and unloading trucks when needed
• Supporting the accounting department with accounts receivable tasks
• Scheduling daily tasks and using MS Office to keep operations organized

Key Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills are a must, specifically with spreadsheets and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all tasks are documented correctly
• Flexibility to jump into the warehouse to help the team at a moment's notice
• A willingness to learn, as the company will provide training for a new ERP system transition next year
• Excellent communication skills for customer service and team coordination

• Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
