What the Day Looks Like
- Taking and placing customer orders while ensuring all documentation is timely and correct
- Managing and updating warehouse inventory records
- Providing a helping hand in the warehouse with picking, packing, and unloading trucks when needed
- Supporting the accounting department with accounts receivable tasks
- Scheduling daily tasks and using MS Office to keep operations organized
- Intermediate computer skills are a must, specifically with spreadsheets and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all tasks are documented correctly
- Flexibility to jump into the warehouse to help the team at a moment's notice
- A willingness to learn, as the company will provide training for a new ERP system transition next year
- Excellent communication skills for customer service and team coordination
- Location: Elk Grove Village
- Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
