Seeking a Florida Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time remote Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex third-party liability claims involving bodily injury and personal injury while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and regulations. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve third-party bodily injury claims in accordance with client guidelines Contact involved parties within 24 hours of claim assignment and develop an appropriate action plan Negotiate settlements and maintain accurate reserves based on claim development Required Qualifications Active Adjuster License required or ability to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing Minimum of 3+ years of bodily injury claims handling experience Experience with Auto Liability, General Liability, Errors & Omissions, and Law Enforcement Liability claims Strong understanding of tort law, liability analysis, and bodily injury evaluation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems
