Where You Will Work:Our regional corporate office is located in Bethesda, MD.AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Finance Manager to join our East Operations Team in Bethesda, MD who will:Prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs.Diagnose complex situations, and present possible solutions to business leaders..Responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility.Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.Tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions).Assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures.Keys to SuccessEnergized and Resilient: You are optimistic, and display a positive attitude. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations. Real Estate experience is a plus.
