This role reports to SCD, an Ellsworth Corporation company located in Germantown, WI, and is an on‑site/hybrid position at our facility in Germantown. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist with preparation of month‑end reporting package. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash disbursements, bank transactions, fixed‑asset depreciation, payroll and bank reconciliations. Monitor and report on monthly performance against budgets and forecasts. Assist with annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an accounting related function. Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Very strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
