I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked at a State Farm agency, which gave me valuable experience and insight into what it takes to build and run a successful office. Im a graduate of Saint Michael's College, married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, watching sports, spending time at the beach, and being with friends and family. Our agency offers PTO, production-based quarterly bonuses, a Simple IRA, and a fun, team-oriented environment that includes birthday lunches and holiday parties. We believe in recognizing hard work and creating a workplace people enjoy being part of. Our culture is centered around teamwork, consistency, and growth. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
